American Express prompted us to create a visual identity for its customer call center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
American Express prides itself on creating strong and personal relationships with its customers, going above
and beyond to solve unique problems. A product of solving these unique problems are stories worth to being
told, and with this direction we use rich iconography as a lead in to these stories, and color to differentiate voice.
